The principle of reinforcing fiber mesh with water jet method is similar to that of needle punching technology, but no needle is used. Instead, multiple strands of micro water jets generated by high pressure are used - the water jet machine sprays the fiber mesh. After the water jet passes through the fiber mesh, it is entrusted to hold the rebound of the mesh curtain and insert the fiber mesh again. As a result, the fibers in the fiber mesh are displaced, inserted, entangled, and embraced under the hydraulic action of high-speed water jet penetration in different directions, thereby reinforcing the fiber mesh.
